1. Who we are
Enolog (enolog.app) is operated by Darko Mišić, trading as Vardenor Technologies, Göteborg, Sweden. Contact: hello@enolog.app.
2. What Enolog is
Enolog is a study tool for writing and calibrating wine tasting notes. It is an independent product. WSET® is a registered trademark of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust; CMS is a trademark of the Court of Master Sommeliers. Enolog is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to either organisation. Reference notes in Enolog are working references prepared by us for practice; they are not official examination answers and they may be revised.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account. One account per person. You must be of legal drinking age in your country to use Enolog.
4. Trial and subscription
New accounts without an invitation get a 14-day free trial with full access. After the trial, continued access requires a subscription. The founding price is USD 59 for the first year, then USD 79 per year, charged in advance. Prices include VAT where applicable; the exact amount is shown at checkout. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account page or by writing to hello@enolog.app; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle issues the invoice, collects applicable taxes and handles payment data. Paddle’s terms apply to the payment itself: paddle.com/legal.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal.
When you subscribe, you ask us to start the service immediately and you acknowledge that once you use it, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal. If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment and your account has submitted no more than three tasting notes in that time, write to hello@enolog.app and we will refund the payment in full. After that, or once you have used the service beyond that, the payment is not refundable. A renewal can be refunded within 14 days of the charge if the app has not been used in that period. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.
7. Your content
Tasting notes and other content you write remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service, and to use them in anonymised, aggregated form (for example, average drift on a reference) to improve the references. We do not publish your notes or your name.
8. Acceptable use
Do not share your account, scrape the library, resell access, or attempt to break the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Enolog available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, prices for future periods, or these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
10. Liability
Enolog is a study aid. We do not guarantee exam results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by writing to hello@enolog.app; we delete your personal data within 30 days. We may close accounts that breach these terms.
12. Law
Swedish law applies. Consumers in the EU keep the protections of their home country and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
